Archana Shetye – Manager, Operations & Customer Support
Archana makes things work – period. She keeps everyone within the team and outside – some of our clients can vouch for it – on their toes. Her multi-cultural upbringing makes her a natural conversation leader – but she keeps tight control of the purse strings!
Namita Poojary – Operations & Customer Support
Namita assists Archana in operations and support. She’s the one making the most phone calls in the team – the official ones. She’s famous for bringing yummy food and though she’s the quiet one, her jokes always bring a hearty laugh!
Rafique Kakati – Product Development
Rafique is a great cook, and we’re still waiting to taste his master-piece – the authentic Biryani! Rafique leads the development of iCost – an upcoming business platform for image consultants

Ashutosh tries to predict the company’s future – and that of our clients – he is an amatuer musician and avid traveller – and his fascination for his new bike shows that the teenager in him is still alive!

Vikram is self-proclaimed to be in a perpetual state of confusion. His view is that being confused is conducive to getting new ideas. He is also known as “feature-killer” because he puts every small feature request through a thorough grilling before allowing it to penetrate the product specifications. He is a foodie and loves street food, and the biryani at his place is always worth the trek to Versova.

Nishant’s designs are a treat to work with, because he understands all sides of the customer’s needs. Every conversation with Nishant is spiced with jokes, and he always manages to bring a smile to your face.
