Administration and Maintenance Facilities


Administrators are given rights to use the administration facilities in the Wolfkrow system. The applications available in the administration section are:

User Management

  • Add, delete and edit users
  • Assign user roles and groups
  • Assign or change passwords
  • Set password expiry times
  • Set email and instant messaging authentication

Group Management

  • Add, delete and edit groups
  • Groups can be of different types such as roles or designations, departments or functional
  • Permissions for access are controlled by group memberships

Database Management

  • Set permissions for various databases, applications and documents
  • Take backups or restore data from backups
  • Purge or archive deleted objects
  • Merge duplicate objects such customer accounts, projects, products, categories etc
  • Create or manage templates used in various applications
  • Maintain business rules configuration files
